Does anyone have any ideas for a movie night for middle school - 6th thru 8th grade? PG or PG-13? Thanks.

Our middle school showed Get Smart and Twilight. As you may guess, Twilight had a mostly female audience. Get Smart was hit though. They also tried Wall-e but it was not well attended -- kids perceived it as babyish/not cool! Ah middle school!

Think that Pursuit of Happyness would be another great movie for this age.

Please let us know how it turns out on our Family Movie Night group page in the movie tracker section!

Glad to read that post! I am looking for a Middle School movie as well. Has anyone done HANCOCK? Twilight wouldn't go over well in our town and it would be mostly girls. Any other suggestions for movies for 6th - 8th?
Thanks
Leslie

How about Diary of a Whimpy Kid, Eight Below, Nim's Island, Rudy or Never Been Kissed?
