Great day today. Heard from American Girl that we would receive this year's doll, received signed poster from Jan Brett, received $10 in Bear bucks from Build a Bear, and just heard from Snow Creek Ski Resort near KC that they will donate two 2-hour tubing tickets. On an unusual note, received a signed photo of Matt Cassel from the KC Chiefs, addressed to the coordinator and event of the auction we held last October. Since they didn't send a donation for that smaller event, now we know that at least the request made it into their database.

Also - I went on ebay and was looking up baskets for kids and I wrote to quite a few vendors on there who's business is filled baskets (Candy, Stuffed Animals, Themed) and the generousity was amazing only one seller turned me down and the rest were thrilled to be invovled - it is free advertising for them as I asked them to include their business card and info on their business in the basket which they love!

I sent in a request to Green mountain Coffee about 2 wks ago and just got an email letting me know they are shipping out a keurig coffee single brewer and case of cofffee to me - so happy!!!
