Hi... just looking around here and getting some great ideas (thank you!) but I have a question... when I went to TimMcGraws website (and tried a couple others such as Jason Aldean...) looks as though I cannot find contact information unless I join their fan club. Can you help me please? We are looking for auction dontations for our dinner that supports our local FFA and 4H kids. Thought anything country would be a hit. But instead, I am hitting walls! Thank you! Julie This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 31890

Re: DIsney donations to church - for many years we received 4 park-hopper passes but this year it looks like their policy has changed. I could not find specific wording about it, but our church is not a 501(c)3 so that excludes us from a lot of donations. Does anyone have suggestions for church-specific donations? Thanks!

Hershey, Dorney, Hershey Hotel, Spirit of Philadelphia and Ohiladelphia Union all said NO. And some other company but I don't know who it is because they didn't sign with a company name and the email address is t helpful either.

Just1Mom -

For hotel stays, we have done both. We contact local hotels and they usually give a night or two at their hotel. We contact corporate offices and if they approve our request, they will give a night or more at any of their properties. Nationally, we've had luck in the last 8 months with ResortQuest, Drury Inn/Suites, Westgate Resorts, and Interval International. Locally, Residence Inn, Days Inn, and TownPlace Suites all have donated.

If you talk to a local manager and they have to check with corporate first, remember to ask them early the next year. (Usually year 1 it's a no, but often they are able to do it with enough notice the next year.)

I have a question for those of you who received hotel stays for your event. Did you contact the local hotel's management or did you contact the main office?

Thanks in advance!
