Short Description:	1 page PDF of Target Bonus 30 BTFE
Long Description:	Contacted General Mills and asked if I could reformat the current Target Bonus collection sheet so that I could include it in our upcoming school newsletter, I explained that a simple photo copy of it would not work. This version was approved for me to use as long as I made sure all the info remained the same. The only place I changed the verbiage was to clarify to the parents to turn it back in to me (you'll see that in bold). I also explained we hold a contest between classes and that I would not forward that information on to GM, she said that would be okay too - so that is why the student and teacher name is at the bottom.
