Short Description:Very simple! Each page contains two collection sheets (space for 10 BTs for each sheet)! This is a file I edit for each contest. The center is blan
Long Description:I love this file because I can easily edit the center box for ANY contest. Collection sheets of just 10 are easy to fill for most families. The sheet is half page so we can put a note on the back and keep it to half page or we can print two with a bigger note on the back. Or for those who need to print in two languages, this also could be edited with your second language on the bottom half.

This file was created in publisher. If you have publisher and would like a copy of this file to edit, email me at dlindsey at 800miles dot com. If you do not have publisher, you can turn this into a graphic (open the pdf, click on save as then select file type .jpg) and then put the graphic in your favorite program and add information to the blank square in the center.

I am posting this because last spring I had several schools ask me for it when I attended the Salt Lake City BTU. I was supposed to email it out and just forgot until now! Sorry all!
