We believe this lawsuit has no merit whatsoever.  If you’d like to read some of the legal background of why we feel that way, then this letter from our legal team to the PTA’s legal team  from May 2012 will shed light. Also included in this letter is another example of where we’ve offered to enter into mediation or arbitration with the National PTA around these issues.  This offer, like all before and after it, was basically ignored.
