Has anyone received their cookie dough from a spring fundrasier?? My grandson sold over 50 units of cookie dough which was suppose to be delivered this week and now we have been told, the distribuator will not release the cookie dough to VG and then to the school. Please let me know how your sale went, so I can share that info with my son's school.
I looked into the situation with the Limo ride and it was a misunderstanding on the rep's part in not getting that scheduled. We apologize and am glad you brought it to our attention.
The school is being contacted today to get it scheduled.
I have dealt with the VG2 side of Varsity Gold and asked (for years) infromation about Varsity Gold cards as we are a K-12 school. Our sports program is a mere 5 years old but it needs funding and many parents were fustrated with me when I wasn't able to get the information we needed.
Our new football coach was able to talk with a rep at a football expo and I am excited to talk with him about the program.
As far as the cookie dough, I had the same problem a few years ago. Since I am the cordinator for the Fundraiser, I was able to include the students I knew had earned the limo ride but were omitted from the list for whatever reason and my rep didn't say anything (maybe he knew I was at my last straw with him too...hmmm--not company issues, I had issues with the rep). We had 6 students that were omitted from the list that I knew, I guess my thought would be to talk to your cordinator at the school, too.
Advise I recieved from the mom I took over for-- We may be the customer, but we are also the ones that are going to help this company look great or not so great. It's all about customer service and we need to make sure that they serve US the customer.
I have a student at Aurther Jacobson Elementary. My son sold enough cookie dough for the Limo lunch and I called the school about this and they let me know that they could not get ahold of the company. My son worked so hard to get this reward, and nothing... So Chuck, do you think you can get us a limo lunch? If so please contact AJ Elementary in Auburn Washington and ask for Principal Daniels. We would so thank you for that
Otis Spunkmeyer is making cookie dough deliveries every week for us, so I don't know why you would not be getting an order that has already been placed. Please call me tomorrow and give me your name, the school name and location and I will investigate and get a resolution for you promptly.
