That was great to get a response from Varsity Gold. I read on another blog that Mr Chuck had stated that only 2 reps had left out of 200 and something. Crazy thing is that over 100 reps went to the courts and asked that their non compete be thrown out. We are still waitin for our cookie dough and our sale ended 5 weeks ago. I am so angry and I am just hoping that we do not have to give all of our money back to our parents. I would never post on a blog, but I am so worried that I am loosing sleep. I have contacted other vendors to see if they can step in, but they are not wanting to do that. Please do not start a Varsity gold bash with my post. I would like some advise. Thanks

So here is the update as I have heard. We are an elementary. but our local high schools have gotten letters from Varsity gold that state they are unable to print products needed to run upcoming fundraisers, however, our local elementary schools have been told that Varsity gold is able to have cookie dough for the sales that are going on now. So my advise, ask before you run the sale. We are going to go ahead with Varsity for our spring cookie dough sale. I will keep you posted. We do hope we are doing the right thing for our school.
As a VG rep I want to give some update to our situation. Varsity Gold has secured all our vendors for our Spring fundraisers. If you have any Spring fundraisers they are good to go and should run just as smooth as before. Varsity Gold has a new CEO and he is putting our company back on track. The people that put us in this situation are no longer making decisions on how our company runs. I know this has been a scary time for us an our families but I do see that Varsity Gold is moving forward. You may have heard alot of negative comments from our competitors and thats ok we expect that. The fact is looking at the Bankruptcy yes Varsity Gold owes alot of money but if you look at the entire year it is a small portion of what we have paid out to these vendors. I wont say I am not scared but I believe in our programs. This company will bounce back. I am running all my spring sales and everything has ran smooth with them at this point. I do not see that changing. I wish you and your organization the best.
Still nothing from my Varsity Gold rep since the last time I talked to them. We are really disappointed and I know my son's football coach is going to work with another company since we have talked too. It's really a shame that no one cares enough to give anyone any information on whats going on. I really don't know what are kids are going to do, any suggestions?
