This end of year report can be used for many different type of committees. It includes budget information, # of volunteers needed for the committee, as well as what went well, or did not- In addition there is space to include contacts that were made in running the committee which is helpful for next year's volunteer.

We post this on our Parent Faculty page on our school website, so member can have easy access when the committee duties are over.
