We get that. It’s not easy to use your name when talking about a fellow board member or volunteer. In fact, announcing a problem on a public forum could make your problem even worse. 

So we wanted to let you know you have options for reaching us and keeping it confidential. We have lots of expertise and free resources that we are happy to share. 

Our Ask a Question section on ptotoday.com is a great place to post this type of question. If you’re a community member, you can post a question anonymously. This way, PTO Today staff along with other community members can offer suggestions and share tips. (And it’s very easy to register. You just need to submit a user name, email address, and password.) 

You can also post on our Message Boards. Often, we will feature an anonymous question from a Message Board thread or Ask a Question post on Facebook or Twitter to get additional input from the community. 

Email is another option. You can send an email on Facebook to either Rose or Nancy. We’re online regularly and we’re happy to help. 

One interesting tidbit about last night’s discussion on people skills: Our article called How To Deal With Difficult People and its companion video on dealing with difficult people are some of the most popular content on our site. In the past five years, they’ve been viewed an average of 50 times a day.
