Very interesting dust-up in Texas, where the school district is threatening a lawsuit against the owner of a local school watchdog site.  District has issues with posts by site owner and with posts by anonymous site visitors.  Trick is that law seems to be on the side of the critics.  We're seeing this more and more (especially the anonymous hacks at teachers and principals) with the influx of local newspaper/town sites with comments alowed and the advent of sites like ratemyteacher.  Will be a good one to watch.  Interested to hear if this kind of web sniping is happening at all in your school or district.
