Go to the Disney website and sign up and when you put in your zip code, it will bring up volunteer events in your area. I believer there is a limit to how many passes they will give out, so the earlier you volunteer, the better your chances.
My boys and I already volunteered. I have my 4 FREE disney vouchers ready to use over fall break! What a GREAT program and teaches us to teach our kids the importance of "giving back".
