Thanks to all those who have published their successes on these forums. I got these two off of here and I was recently successful!

DISNEY
On Tuesday night, I filled out the online form and Wednesday morning, I had an approval for 4 one-day park hopper passes valued at $524!

KEURIG
On Tuesday night, I filled out the online inquiry form and Wednesday morning, I had an email requesting I fill out an attached application. Within an hour of returning the application, I had an approval. They will be sending a Platinum Keurig valued at $169 and a case of coffee valued at $55.
NOTE: The above link only gets you to their home page. Once you get there, up top go to Company > Contacts > scroll down to Promotions...for Non Profit... and click on the link to the online inquiry form.

Michigan Adventure (Owned along with Cedar Point)

They do not do donations to schools anymore. They will allow organizations to come into the park to volunteer on certains days during the year and then pay the organization based on a per volunteer basis but nothing for schools like ours :(
