This varies by location. Some exhibitors attend every Expo while others only participate in one or two. We typically see 50 to 80 exhibitors. These exhibitors include school performers, enrichment programs (history, arts, STEM, etc.), playground companies, fundraising services, software providers, and more!
The registration fee is $5 per person ($2.50 for Plus member schools)
The Expos run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We recommend arriving before 12:30 pm so you have enough time to see all the exhibitors and so you don't miss the sponsor raffles.
The registration fee covers your admission to the event. After checking in, you will receive a tote bag, lanyard with name tag, and attendee contact labels to hand out to each vendor.
During check-in, we will provide you with labels that have your name and school contact information pre-printed on them. This will allow you to give a vendor your label rather than having to hand-write your contact information each time you visit a booth. To receive the labels, attendees need to be preregistered. Labels are not available for walk-in registrations.
You can register when you arrive at the event; however, there are several advantages to registering beforehand. Checking in on the day of the event is faster and smoother if you have already registered. Also, you need to register prior to the show to receive the attendee contact labels to hand out to the vendors in the exhibit hall.
No. Just check in with a PTO Today staff member at the Attendee Registration Booth the day of the Expo. It's easy!
The Expo registration fee is nonrefundable. However, registration is transferable so you may have someone else come in your place. Just let us know and we can set them up ahead of time. Or, if they come in on the day of the Expo, we can register them on-site as a walk-in replacement.
