Hold an Award Ceremony for Teachers

It’s common for schools to have year-end award ceremonies for students. Why not hold one for teachers? One PTO arranged for teachers to have a long lunch period and held an Oscars-inspired event. Parents presented teachers with golden figurines for most school spirit, best shoes, and most likely to appear on Jeopardy, as selected by other staff members. It doesn’t matter what the award looks like, but it does matter that each teacher is recognized.
