Just wanted to let you know that I was the Texass Cooperative site and found lots of great resources. They have programs available for organizations: Parenting, Health, Grandparenting, Food safety, Financial management, Gardening, Conservation, etc.
This seems to be run through our local university, with cooperation through our county offices.
