Hi, We are formalizing our Family Association and are trying to formalize the policies and procedures for spending our money (yay! we have some money!) - who can make requests, how, how is the decision made, etc. We have ideas of what we want to do but would really appreciate any samples of written procedures and policies that other folks have done.
