historian & parliamentarian

The Historian takes pictures of all the PTO sponsored events and then makes a scrapbook at the end of the year. Whenever we do our membership drive, we put our scrapbook out so the parents can see all the PTO does. The Parliamentarian makes sure that the meetings are following the Roberts Rule of Order. Ours also made sure we stuck to the topics instead of us verying off and having meetings that lasted 3 hours (like the last year). Our meetings are now 1 hour.
