Does anyone have a sample phone tree that you could e-mail to me? Would like to see how to set one up for our PTO.
Last week we had a Teacher Appreciation Luncheon and the vice principal asked me to secure a parent volunteer to cover each teacher's class for 1 hour while the teacher went to the luncheon. Being that it was a last minute request, I went ahead and made all 47 call to the homeroom moms asking that each homeroom mom find the volunteer. It worked and everyone was covered, but I just know that there has to bean easier way.
