Hi Clarzmom, I see you requested what type of items were put in a procedure binder. I know it is somewhere, but here it again - no problem.

Here's some good basics to make sure you have in your procedure book.
What Do You Put In It?
****Name, address, telephone number, and period served. (these always stay in - creates history).
****Your plan of work, personal goals, what worked and didn't work too.
***PTO/PTA calendar (dates, events and locations / school district calendar.
****Association bylaws, current budget,
****Newsletters, bulletins, flyers.
****All correspondence pertaining to your office or chairmanship
****(also copies of your articles submitted to the newsletter).
****Notes from workshops, conferences, and conventions you have attended.
****Any other resource material you have found to be helpful.
Somewhere in these pages of posts, you mentioned something about a procedure manual. Would you mind repeating what items you include in it? Thanks in advance.
