it would be great to have a conference in the Fall. By the time our board is voted in, it is in mid April, and we are out of school in mid May. We don't have time to blink before school is out. We work over the summer as much as schedules allow, but having a short conference in the Fall so we can learn and even make some improvements when we return would be great.
