, where there are lots of surveys, but didn't see any surveys to businesses. I think it's a fabulous idea to get their feedback. If you create something yourself I' m sure others would love to see it.
Also, just fyi - there is a free resource on the web for creating online surveys and forms at: wufoo.com -- haven't used it but it looks interesting.
We have had a great year at our school in regards to businesses stepping up and helping our school when we needed it. I would like to put together a survey or questionaire to give the business partners to get an idea of what they think about how the year went and what they would like to see different........ Does anyone have anything similiar that I can take a look at or let me know where I can find such thing?
