Hi.. I am interested in starting a mentoring program at our elementary school. I am looking for any feedback of programs that exist, what works, what doesn't work..what grades are targeted, what subject areas, what type of community support, etc.. I think this could be a great addition to our school, and have an added bonus of involving the community! Thanks in advance for your input!
