our kindergarten and art class have black racks that hang on the back of a door or can be mounted on a wall. I will check this week as to where they bought them and get back to you. 'hang' in there! Ü

We are looking for a solution for our kindergarten classes for some sort of rack or stacked bins to hold the class artwork overnight while its drying. What do your schools use?

Ideally, we'd like something about 20" wide and 14" deep that had 20-24 racks spaced 2-1/2" apart, one on top of the other. One teacher saw something similar in a catalog (but I haven't seen it yet) for about $250. We'll need to buy 6 if the PTO helps on this, so we would really like to find an economical solution.

The artwork needs to lie flat. (We have new carpet due to renovations from mold problems. So no dripping art hung clothesline style.) Ideally we'd like wire racks so the air could circulate. Even better yet that rubber coated wire (like dishracks) The teachers have tried ad hoc solutions like stacked IN boxes, but they aren't really big enough.

Space is an issue as the classrooms are pretty crowded. I'd appreciate any ideas you might have. Thanks!
