We were just talking about the matching grant program at our meeting last night. We are trying to fund a program that serves all the kindergartners so we were trying to think of all the places we could ask for help.
I work for walmart and wanted everyone to be aware that walmart offers several grants to schools and non-profits. The grants are offered store wide, and at the distribution warehouse level. I work in a dc and we are always giving tv,s vcr's ect. To find out a little more you can go to the walmart web site, scroll to the bottom and click on company info, from there go to the good works link. this will take you to all the thinks they offer. for the matching grants (they will match up to a set amout what you make at a fundraiser ect.) go to the community link then the community matching grant link.
