I just received a very upbeat and understanding call for a really nice TerraCycle customer service manager. TerraCycle red my post and wanted to call personnaly to explain. I'm writing for several reasons.

1. To any other org. experiencing summer and 1st time bonus points, TerraCycle is working(and aware) that there is a "challange"~~~saying that the bonus point situation should be fixed in a couple of weeks~~~please be patient

2. TerraCycle is one of the very few programs out there that upcycle and non-profit orgs can earn from

3. Yes other accounts are effected also, just keep an eye on the account and send the an email(w/ your user name) on which brigades are effected.

Don't loose faith in a great program!!!

And yes~~TerraCycle did find my concerns on PTO Today forums.....And I thank them greatly for taking enough concern to make a personnel call to me~NOW WHAT OTHER COMPANY WOULD CARE ENOUGH TO DO THAT IN TODAYS DAY AND AGE!!!

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with the accuracy of theTerraCycle program?
Bonus points, and account balances changing with no reason...
I have 2 make calls 2 them about every week to say... where's the bonus points, why did all the sudden our total points have been reduced(i did not touch our acct) etc....
I do print a print out at least once a week so at least I have a ccurate record!
