I think you could still work with a holday company and taylor it to a non holiday time. Just have to put a little spin on the holiday store.

Hello- We are looking for a company that will bring the fundraiser/ "store" to us and unsold items are shipped back to the company. Similar to a scholastic book fair. Parents and Teachers really respond when items are on display and items can take be taken home. We are not allowed to do any catalog sales due to major problems with companies in the past. We'd like to sell some type of item(s) at our school with out having the commitment of buying everything up front and being stuck with a closet with more items that will never sell.
