We do an annual giving campaign at the beginning of every school year as our primary fundraiser (it equals approximately 50% of our total budget). I am currently exploring ideas to increase our number of families who participate in making a donation, as well as considerations for making their donations online. We have used PayPal for the past couple years. We haven't seen an increase in percentage of participation after using them. Also, we would LOVE to be able to use a program that has more features available than PayPal. For instance, we collect information from our donors regarding their kids class/grade for tracking highest level of participation per grade for prizes. So, does anyone have any experience to offer from programs that you have used and recommend or would caution against? I've been searching online for ideas but would love to hear from someone with direct experience.
