Thanks everyone. Yes it is for an elementary fundraiser auction. We have requested for at least 3 years maybe 4. We always include our 501c3 and our auction is in Nov and we request it in July every year. I see other PTOs posting that they got theirs so just wondering why we have never received one.
Our school PTA got a doll last year. I know that they only give every two years. They also require 501c3 letter and 6 weeks notice. I also think they mentioned that your organization needs to support younger children (elementary school, library, etc).
