The first thing I would do is request a copy of your Bylaws, and look them over. We have our set up so that we don't carry over more then $2000 a year. This way we know the kids are getting all the money back in one way or another. I would also form a group of parents together that all agree you guys need to give more feedback and approach the officers and give them a piece of your mind (so to speak) Do you have any kind of Executive Board? Or how about bringing this up to your building principal?

Hi,

I'm currently looking for solutions on how to keep the new parents we have this year in our PTO. Our president has been for several years and is NOT open to any new ideas. We have so much money in our fundraising account that we've had to establish a CD account.

The new parents are very frustrated and are ready to give up. Our upcoming Halloween party is soon and there has been no communication and the new mom's have no idea what to do. Unfortunately, communication is very poor.

Any suggestions! We need help!
