I noticed that you estimated each child selling 1 of these items...I guess it would depend on your community. Do you have a high poverty or are your students families more on the higher end of income? That would be my first area to take into consideration when setting an approx "goal" per say. That is really high for a chair!! I think it is not a real goal to think that every student would sell one. If I were doing the budget on this one, I would say you would be lucky to sell a total of 10. Just my thought.
