We signed up with La Salle Banks merchant account, ABNAMRO
It costs $14.00 a month for the months that we have the account open. We leave it open for just 6 months. I forget what the original cost was. But we had to pay a fee for the machine, etc. We used it last year at our annual fundraiser for the purchasing of silent auction items. I can go back to our records and find out the name and e-mail of the guy we went through. It did make it easier. This year we will be taking credit cards for donations and tickets, etc. We will see if the convenience for people to give via credit cards outweighs the costs.

I am wondering if anyone has experience with using credit cards when collecting donations? If you have or do use them, what advise can you give and what company would you recommend.
