Entertainment Stinks!!!! WWYD???

Sally Foster and cookie dough get a 3 on a scale of 1-10 for our school. While some of the products were good and we did not have any problems with our rep, 4 candy items were backordered, 2 flavors of cookie dough were not delivered to school, and some parents received an empty box for their order. And though we had only 9 order problems in all, the severity of the errors were bad. Empty boxes, items included in customer's box that were not ordered, a person ordered 23 items and got a full box back and only one item was what she ordered, etc. Our sale ended October 4 and order forms were picked up a week later. There were several orders entered incorrectly and the delivery times were messed up.

In my mind, our parent group will not use this company again.

This is not uncommon in the fundraising world. Have you used them frequently (Entertainment)? We have found that after 2 or 3 years there can be a 'comfort level' taken advantage of by the reps & companies. We have already taken action to ensure we do not use the same company more than 2 years in a row unless the performance is stellar. Change is good is our motto.

I just cannot believe a company would do this. We had our Sally Foster cookie dough through Entertainment. The fundraiser ended and orders were picked up 11/21. I have been hammering the rep with calls on when the delivery date would be. She could never give me one. Well finally we told her yesterday that the principal would be calling if she didn't give us one by the end of the day.
Come to find out the orders sat on someone desk for over a week and weren't submitted till the end of last week. This is the kicker though, Did she ever call to tell us this NO!!!!
After talking to the District Manager and he said there are 30 other schools in the same situation and we won't get our stuff till after the holdiay break. I just can't believe how unprofessional this rep was. Didn't call to notify us of mistake or of anything.s

In the meantime I found another company that is going to take our orders fill it as best they can with some substitutions(not having the same product and all) But it wont be in till 12/21, I guess its better than the two weeks after the break like the DM from Entertainment was quoting.
i just had to vent. This is going to be such a mess.
