Yikes is right but I don't think this is even a PTO issue. This lady is choosing on her own to assist the principal in these ways. Whatever her motivation is, it is her choice and between her and the principal.

You can't decide this for her any more than you can decide for any other member how they spend their time outside of PTO work.

If you are friends with this lady, though, you may want to just pull her aside and mention the perception the community has.

wow!!!!! I think you should tell her, that is not in the job description. If you get any argument from her just leave it alone.. That sounds like an affair you dont want in the middle of if you know what I mean..

I have some concerns about our school and the PTO. One of the members of the PTO is always at school doing things for the Principal. She has been seen writing notes for him, useing his office and even cleaning his office. A new teacher ask me if that is ok or not. I did not know what it say to her. What should I say to her. Help!
