I wanted to share our story with you so it does not happen to you too. This past summer we wanted to get banners to welcome back our students and staff. I found a company online that had a very cute banner with a school bus on it. So we ordered two vinyl banners to be hung outside. These banners were suppose to be water resistant. Well, they were not. After the first day the colors were running down the banner from the morning dew. I contacted the company and they said that the wrong ink was used and they would send us out two more banners. It is now Feb. and we have not received anything from them. I have called and emailed them several times. I have contacted the BBB and had no luck with that either.
