I am currently the acting PTA President for my sons MicroSociety school for the 2012- 2013 year and we charge $10.00 for becoming a member, that's how we start to help kick off the year. My daugthers High School is just starthing their PTO and I gave them a hand in explaining about ways to help the students have a grate year just as long as we the parents take charge of such a grate opportunity.

$10/staff
$5/student

But we will probably raise them a dollar or two next year due to increases in National/state dues.

Our High School is reviving it's PTA what are other PTA's out there for membership dues?
