I am a treasurer of our PTO and when I got the books, I never had any guidance of any kind about making up a budget. We have done ok without one and have enough money to honor the requests, but I feel we should set something up. Would anyone be willing to share their "secrets" about what the procedures are in doing this? Do you have any standard forms? I would like to be more organized and this may help. Thanks.
