Gosh are you from the same school district as me??? Sounds like the same thing we are going through, however, we are disbanding our PTA and starting a new PTO this year and we too, for the last several years, have had dwindling participation from our parents.

I would love any marketing information y'all have out there to help us as well get our community involved...
