Ok guys, I'm in a bit of a pickle. I need some new parents to get involved, desparately. :confused: I feel like if I don't get some new people in soon, our entire group (6) is going to burn out before February. I want to send home a survey to the parents, because I think we still carry the stigma of the group a few years ago. I searched the boards, but didn't really come up with anything. Does anyone have a sample survey they would be willing to share?
