Recoding a board Mtg.

This was a special Board Mtg because as a board we made a decision and when our Treasurer got home she had a change of mind and decided not to fall though, and didn't let the Pres or any one else know. Any way it was the Treasurer that brought a tape recorder and put it on the table, but only one person saw it and it was at the end of the Mtg. She did not tell any of us that she was tape recoding our Mtg.

I would think that if it was just a casual conversation it shouldn't have been. But if you were talking "official" business she should have. Was she just joting down notes or did she type them up and submit them? Also was it the secretary if not than she really should just be writing notes for her own use.

Good Luck

These are just my thoughts on it others might have a different opinion.
