Yearbooks -ways to reduce annual costs

Ok. Our school isn't very big. We have around 116 students in grades Pre-K thru 4th. We are looking into a different company for our yearbook this year. We are trying to get the cost down below $20 a book. Last year, we charged $25, but we feel that with the economy in the slump its in, many parents may not be able to afford a book.. especially if they have more than one child in school.

Does anyone have any ideas that work well for helping with the cost? We sell ads, and we normally do pretty good on those!! I was hoping to sell ads and do something else to lower the cost that we have to charge the children. I don't consider this a big money maker.. I see the yearbooks as something every child should have to remember school by. Last year, we spent a little getting them.. we didn't break the bank or wasn't out a lot of money... it was fairly close... I just hope we can find other ideas to help us out.
