I think you just have to allow siblings in. In a perfect world, a mom would be able to give 100% of herself to each of her children, but we don't live there. The idea is to get moms and students together at school. Send home another flyer, you don't have to exclude moms with smaller siblings, but you can stress that the event if for students of XX school and their moms.
Remember to keep smiling, and if someone complains, simply reply that their advice is good, but really would have been more useful while the event was being planned. Ask them if they would be interested in joining the committee for the next event. Make sure you stress to them that their opinions and comments can really make a difference.

We are about to put together our first Muffins with Moms after having great success with the donuts with dads and we want to keep it just for the students like with the dads but we know moms travel with strollers we are giving lots of notice and have stated this in the flyer. I am catching alot of flack is this wrong? I thought these kids deserved a treat thats all! What do you all do?
