I think that is an absolutely AWESOME idea. Hopefully someone will post with some ideas.

Our school has a program for the students about bullying which teaches them not to bully.
I wanted to ask the school to extend that to the parents. Learning how to handle bullying from the parents point of view in public places like McDonalds. Also, how to recognize adults who bully as well. For example, it took me months to figure out why my son didn't really like karate any more until I got into a disagreement with his new teacher and discovered what he was going through every class.
Does anyone else have a program I could suggest? I know I'm not the only one who has wondered how to stop it without fighting with another parent.
It's great to teach the kids this, but if the parents don't know it too, we can't back it up.
Suggestions?
