The PTO would like to invite Dads to come and have breakfast with their children in the gym on (insert date & time). If Dad is unavailable on this day your child can come with their Grandfather, uncle, or other. The PTO will provide Donuts, bagels, coffee, & jucie.

If you plan on attending please fill out and return the form below. It will help us to know how much breakfast we need.

We hope you will come and join us and kick off the day by having breakfst with your child!

Hi our school is going to do doughnuts for dads for the first time, and we are trying to plan an invitation that would invite all male role modles (dads, grandfathers, uncles) who are raising the kids at our school.
