In May our school is hosting Sundaes on Sunday. To make a long story short, the entertainment group just cancelled-they were scheduled last June.
Anyway, I was thinking of having families bring outdoor games to share(boce, croquet etc) if it is nice weather and bring Family board games if it rains.

Has anyone done something like this and has it worked out?
This is a Free event for our families, and besides serving make your own sundaes, we are going to have crafts
