Spaghetti Dinner Staff

I'd make a line, or you'll need double the volunteers needed.

Hall monitors?
Parking lot monitors?

Water and iced tea are cheap but labor intensive and require access to large storage containers, cans are only about $0.25 each and are faster and all you need are coolers and ice.

Anybody needed to heat up any breadsticks?

Do you have a volunteer for advanced shopping? The hardest part is estimating attendance, so you can estimate how much to buy (1.2 ?? times what you need) We ran out of chili bowls, then used up soup bowls, and even styrofoam cups, etc.

Oh I forgot to add that I will need:

Donations people (maybe 1 for supplies and 1 for prizes)?

Can someone help me plan out what I will need our volunteers to do during our spaghetti dinner?

I have so far:

- Set-Up (tables, decorations)
- Food Prep (make salad, reheat spaghetti & sauce)
- Greeter/Ticket (take payments at the door)
- Servers (will dish out food & refill cups) - since this will be in our cafeteria is it best to have our volunteers take the full plates to the tables and deliver or should we have people make a line? And should we have volunteers refill cups or should we have the big jugs available for folks to refill there own?
- Clean Up

Am I missing anything? Also what would be something inexpensive to serve to drink?

I'm sure I'll have more questions, but your advice and opinions would sure be appreciated.

Thanks!
