Contact a State Farm agent--they have a 911 call simulator that has been a big hit for us in the past. They used to do a roller blading rodeo, but I think now they only do bike rodeos--not sure.
I recently just requested infomation from McGruff. They do events where they come to the school and do a digitla fingerprinting and id cards for kids. I am not sure of the price, still waiting for them to call me. I am hoping to tie this in with a safety assembly we are doing with the local police department!
