i have lead many volunteer groups over the year. would recommend first and least expensive to bake or create. a gift from the hands and hearts of a volunteer in appreciation for the time given is always appreciated. i have also given pens in the past with a slogan printed on them. this year I am doing magnets with inspirational quotes for volunteers. my idea is that they will be recognized for their time, but the recognition for giving to others will also be in front of the family when posted on a family refrigerator. trying to encourage volunteerism from the family, kids and adults this year.
I am the new president of our schools PTA. Our past president has already given each of the officers a small gift at our first meeting. One year it was a mug, one time a pen etc. They all were PTA related. They mug had an apple design and a cute saying something relating pta to kids. Does anyone have any ideas where items may be order or does anyone do this?
