I just found out that we inherited a college scholarship fund for a district H.S. student that attended our elementary school. Since we have not inherited any old PTO information or bylaws I am not sure how we are supposed to handle the fund. Does anyone have any application forms, bylaws or any other information how they handle this kind of fund, including adding to it?
