What about charging a dollar or two to make it a fundraiser?

We had a Family Game Night and Best Buy came out with a few game systems and 7 employees to help run the stations. We supplemented with Wii's, PS2 and Xbox360 that families let us borrow for the night. We had a separated room and had board games on the other side. Both the electronic games and board games were a huge hit with the families. Even if Best Buy can't provide you with game systems (and the ones we got were the employees own game systems), they could probably send a few employees over to help out.

It's the game night offer from pto today-- but we couldn't get Best Buy to come out and help us out with any Wii's -- we brought 1 in ourselves and a few other games systems when we had our game night--- the kids loved it... we just needed more adults to be in charge of each area-- we had a lot of high school help and they ended up wanting to play more than run their area.

I'm looking for PTO Today's kit for doing a family game night with electronic gaming, specifically the Wii console, coordinated with Best Buy. I saw it on this site before, but can't find it now.
